Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager for the Heart Failure segment to drive CardioMEMS adoption, open new accounts, and grow revenue across implanting centers and community hospitals. This hunter-focused role emphasizes building high-impact relationships and integrating therapy into clinical workflows.

You will lead pricing discussions, manage quarterly plans, travel 50% of the time, and collaborate with Marketing and Clinical Education to support education, data collection, and post-launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• Proven healthcare sales experience with quota attainment.
• Strong understanding of payor and insurance reimbursement landscapes.
• Experience launching programs and driving adoption in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, HF clinics, administrators and stakeholders.
• Deliver clinical, technical, and strategic presentations to drive therapy adoption.
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and value-based conversations.
• Plan and execute educational events focused on hemodynamics, GDMT, data, biomarkers and local case studies.
• Provide day-of-procedure support and post-operative troubleshooting as needed.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to quarterly business plans.
