Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager for CardioMEMS in a remote U.S. role. You will drive therapy adoption, open new accounts, and grow revenue across implanting centers and community hospitals.

This hunter-oriented position requires building strong physician and HF clinic relationships, conducting clinical and strategic presentations, and leading pricing negotiations. You will collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams, perform quarterly business reviews with key accounts, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of direct healthcare sales experience; 2+ years in cardiology/structural heart preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota for two consecutive years.
• Experience opening 3–5 net-new accounts per year or expanding underdeveloped accounts.
• Strong understanding of payor and insurance reimbursement landscape.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with physicians, HF clinics, administrators, and stakeholders; deliver presentations to drive therapy adoption.
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and value-based conversations.
• Plan educational events on hemodynamics, GDMT, data, biomarkers, patient selection, and case studies.
• Provide day-of-procedure support and post-operative troubleshooting; meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Commercial Excellence; track territory performance and pipeline.
