Job summary

Abbott is seeking a remote Territory Manager to drive adoption and revenue for CardioMEMS across implanting centers and community hospitals in the United States. You will open new accounts, manage key relationships, and coordinate with marketing and education teams to integrate therapy into clinical workflows.

The role requires 3–5 years of healthcare sales, a strong track record of meeting quotas, and excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with travel 60–70% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of direct healthcare sales experience; cardiology/heart failure preferred.
• Proven quota attainment and net-new account development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, HF clinics, administrators, and key stakeholders; deliver clinical and strategic presentations.
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and value-based conversations.
• Plan and execute educational events focused on hemodynamics, GDMT, published data, biomarkers, and local case studies.
• Provide day-of-procedure support and post-operative troubleshooting as needed.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and collaborate with Marketing, Professional Education, and Commercial Excellence teams.
