Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager for Tucson, AZ, remote role supporting CardioMEMS therapy in heart failure. You will expand access, open new accounts, and grow revenue while integrating therapy into clinical workflows at implanting centers and hospitals.

You will lead educational events, manage territory plans, and collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Education, and Commercial teams to meet quarterly targets and deliver data-driven results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years direct healthcare sales experience; 2+ years in cardiology preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota for consecutive years.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, HF clinics, and administrators.
• Deliver clinical and technical presentations to drive therapy adoption.
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and value-based conversations.
• Plan and execute educational events on hemodynamics, GDMT, data, and case studies.
• Meet sales targets and provide accurate forecasts and reports.
