Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding iRhythm’s footprint across a defined geographic area in the United States.

You will lead the full sales cycle, drive adoption of the Zio platform with cardiologists and EPs, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver value and ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and IDNs is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex environments.
• Adherence to Code of Conduct and promotional guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within hospitals, IDNs and private practices.
• Develop and execute a territory growth plan emphasizing market penetration and product adoption.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close and onboarding.
• Deliver data-driven sales presentations communicating clinical and economic value of the Zio platform.
• Establish and deepen relationships with KOLs, physicians, and executive stakeholders.
