Village Farms International is seeking a Territory Manager (401 East) on a 12-month contract to drive distribution and revenue across designated territories. You will build strong retailer partnerships, manage pricing, and deliver brand education to store staff and decision makers.

Remote work is allowed with travel within the territory and occasional visits to the office. The role requires 1–2 years in sales, plus a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in retail, B2B sales, Wholesale, Trade Marketing, customer service or related field
• Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset
• Grit and Passion are essential

Responsabilités

• Drive market share, distribution and revenue in the designated geographical area
• Maintain a regular call cycle delivering top-class service to all accounts
• Develop and deliver a sales strategy to meet distribution and revenue targets
• Provide top-class product education to account staff and decision makers
• Represent Village Farms portfolio at trade and industry events
