Job summary

Canopy Growth Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager for Manitoba with 5+ years in sales, account management, or trade marketing. The role is remote-based, covering the Winnipeg area, with car allowance and a compensation package that reflects the market.

You will drive distribution, engage retailers, and grow brand presence in the territory. You will manage partnerships with key retailers, execute promotional strategies, and report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Category Management, or Trade Marketing.
• Asset: experience in beverage alcohol or adjacent CPG sectors; prior Brand Manager experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote field sales capacity.
• Data-driven and CRM proficient; comfortable using analytics.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and maintain a clean driver’s abstract.

Responsibilities

• Territory account management and establishing Canopy Growth as the preferred partner.
• Build brand awareness and engage community partners across the territory.
• Identify and execute new distribution opportunities to maximize market share.
• Drive marketing initiatives to enhance consumer loyalty and accelerate sales growth.
• Lead education sessions for partners and retailers and maintain accurate accounts.
