Job summary

Ormco is seeking a Territory Manager to support existing accounts and drive growth in clinics for Ormco bracket and wire products and Spark Clear Aligner systems.

The role covers the North England area (M62 corridor), building leads through distribution channels, tender opportunities, and customer training. Travel is extensive; strong relationships with orthodontic professionals are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BSc or qualified Dentist/Orthodontist/Orthodontic Therapist preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in MedTech sales or 5+ years in a Dental Practice with Aligners.
• Skills: Strong relationship building, growth mindset, target conscious, coachable, proficient in Excel, Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers regularly to promote products and capture feedback.
• Develop relationships and drive revenue growth in tender regions and with DMUs.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Qualify potential customers as sales prospects for the company.
• Follow company sales policies to deliver effective treatment.
