Job summary

Ormco, part of Envista, seeks a Territory Manager to drive Spark Clear Aligner sales and new customer acquisition in the Atlanta area. You will develop business plans, set territory tactics, and manage relationships across accounts to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

You will collaborate with Spark-focused teams to onboard new accounts, monitor product utilization, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to Envista's sales policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing an outside sales territory.
• Strong selling skills with a track record of influencing customer decisions.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with sales tools and collateral.

Responsibilities

• Close, expand and retain Spark business within assigned accounts.
• Meet and exceed quotas and goals.
• Utilize strategic selling to build relationships and align with customer goals.
• Educate customers and clinical staff on Spark value and benefits.
• Understand customer clinical practices and link Spark to needs.
• Perform territory analysis and planning to prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding of new customers.
• Monitor product utilization to ensure successful conversions and exceed expectations.
• Follow company sales policies and procedures.
