Job summary

Ormco, a part of Envista, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to lead business development and drive sales in Virginia, excluding Metro DC. Richmond-based candidates will build key orthodontist relationships and promote the Ormco product portfolio through strategic territory plans to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years in B2B sales with strong relationship skills. Travel 3–5 days per month is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in customer relationship and account management.
• Ability to travel 3–5 days overnight per month.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ormco products to meet or exceed quotes and goals.
• Build trust and relationships with orthodontists and clinical teams.
• Develop territory plans and strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and utilize CRM tools effectively.
• Stay current on product information and competitive offerings.
