Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the launch and growth of its first commercial product in the United States.

You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption while meeting territory sales objectives. This remote, fast-paced biotech environment requires strong selling skills, strategic planning, and the ability to travel up to 60% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and territory objectives.
• Travel up to 60% as required.
