Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to educate healthcare providers on our first commercial product, build trusted relationships, and drive adoption in an assigned territory.

This fully remote, launch-focused role requires strong selling skills, clinical acumen, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced biotech environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales, prior launch experience, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of disease state, clinical data, and guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Consistently deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in customer engagement and innovative approaches.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, and key decision-makers.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and address customers’ questions with credibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support territory objectives and market intelligence.
