Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive the launch and growth of our first commercial product in an assigned US territory.

You will educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ therapy, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales, strong clinical acumen, superb planning and communication skills, and a self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years pharma/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with healthcare providers and staff.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and address customer questions with credibility.
