Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive the launch and growth of the company's first commercial product across an assigned territory.

You will educate healthcare providers on Mineralys' therapy, build trusted relationships, and execute a territory plan to meet sales goals. This fully remote role requires strong selling skills, strategic planning, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred; other sales considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; thrive in fast-paced launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state and guidelines.
• Build and execute territory business plans aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted providers.
• Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer needs.
• Communicate clinical data, product value, and access information clearly.
