Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a Territory Manager for Cedar Rapids to drive B2B sales growth in the local market. You will conduct in-person calls, identify opportunities, and coordinate installations with our field crews to ensure successful project execution.

The role requires 2+ years in B2B sales, strong communication and organization, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with home-office flexibility when not in the

Qualifications

Two or more years of B2B sales experience in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
Strong verbal and written communication, plus organization and planning skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-changing, self-directed environment.
CRM experience (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and meeting/exceeding activity goals.
Identify new business opportunities and implement sales solutions quickly.
Maintain accurate customer records and project details in Salesforce CRM.
Coordinate installation site work with approved crews, including weekends/holidays.
