Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher company, seeks a Territory Manager, Aftermarket Sales to drive revenue in the US remote territory including North Carolina and Tennessee. You will expand existing customers, cross-sell service contracts, software, and consumables.

The role requires 3+ years of direct life sciences sales, CRM proficiency, and a Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field. Travel up to 30% with remote work flexibility and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3+ years of successful direct sales experience with a proven track record of selling products, services, or solutions within the life sciences, analytical instrumentation, diagnostics, or related technical industries.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans that build pipeline, expand customer relationships, and achieve aftermarket revenue and order targets.
• Prospect for new business and identify customer needs, decision-makers, and influencers across designated accounts and market segments.
• Present the value of the SCIEX aftermarket portfolio and recommend service, software, training, consumables, and chemistry solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Use sales processes, market knowledge, competitive information, and available data to assess opportunities, address sales challenges, and maintain accurate opportunity and forecast information.
• Partner with field sales, field service, marketing, distribution channels, and other internal teams to coordinate account strategies, promote campaigns, and support customer success.
