Zusammenfassung

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, seeks a District Sales Manager – Mid-Atlantic to drive orders, revenue, and margins across the SCIEX instrument portfolio. You will forecast weekly to quarterly results, develop growth plans, and build senior‑level customer relationships in the Mid-Atlantic region.

You will lead a remote team, collaborate with service, finance, HR, IT and legal, and travel extensively as needed to meet targets. This role reports to the Sr Director of Sales, Americas.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in life science or equivalent experience in technical sales.
• 5+ years experience leading individual contributors in a sales environment.
• Experience owning sales forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management at a district level.
• Experience leading and operating within a remote, geographically dispersed organization.
• Travel flexibility and valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.

Aufgaben

• Deliver district‑level orders, revenue, and margin results across the SCIEX instrument portfolio through effective execution of regional sales strategy.
• Own district forecasting rigor, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly order and revenue commitments.
• Develop and execute district growth and action plans using DBS methodologies, visual management, and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain senior‑level customer relationships and key opinion leader engagement across the Mid Atlantic region.
• Assess competitive and market dynamics, identify growth opportunities and risks, and implement timely countermeasures.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (Service, Finance, Sales Operations, HR, IT, Legal) to achieve business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and performance‑manage direct reports, enabling capability development, engagement, and succession readiness.
