Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Territory Manager – Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) to drive capital equipment sales across Life Sciences, Biopharma, Omics, and Industrial markets. You’ll own territory growth, expand existing accounts and coach cross‑functional teams to deliver total customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful capital equipment sales experience.
• Proven ability to grow and manage complex territories and customer portfolios.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with accountability for results.
• Must live within assigned territory with ability to travel within territory and work remotely from home office.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and forecast monthly and quarterly sales.
• Provide CE sales expertise regarding market, applications, and competition, and communicate our value proposition to customers.
• Leverage knowledge of separation sciences across Biopharma, Omics, and Industrial segments, applying capillary electrophoresis expertise.
• Work in a team selling environment with cross-functional groups to solve complex sales problems.
• Use CRM tools to manage the sales funnel and drive business results.
