Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of medical device sales experience in the cardiovascular field.
• ECMO clinical/technical application experience preferred.
• Clinical licensure/experience preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the territory including overnights.
• Strong hospital account management knowledge and ability to establish customer relationships.
• Track record of success in prior medical device sales roles.
• Deep understanding of the market, accounts, and customers you will support.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as outlined in annual plan.
• Maintain customer relationships with the highest professional standards.
• Demonstrate clinical and technical knowledge of Abbott CentriMag Circulatory and Respiratory support systems.
• Understand ECMO and Ventricular Support therapies and applications.
• Manage contracts, price quotes, and customer communications in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with regions, Training, Reimbursement, Finance and Marketing teams.
• Forecast and manage pipeline to grow the business.
• Ensure adherence to industry guidelines and Abbott policies.
• Navigate hospital approval processes and purchasing policies.
• Provide field input on market dynamics and competitive activity.
