Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive adoption of Mineralys' first commercial product within an assigned territory.

The role focuses on launching a breakthrough new class of medicine in a fast-paced biotech environment. The Territory Manager will lead territory planning, engage customers, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals with strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management / Business Execution: develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and guidelines; build and execute a territory business plan; drive product adoption and compliant utilization; analyze territory trends and opportunities; deliver against sales goals; maintain territory reporting.
• Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence: execute strategic call plans; communicate clinical data and product value clearly; deliver engaging presentations and address questions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Field Reimbursement, Territory Managers, and Regional Directors; share insights with Marketing and Analytics; support programs.
• Compliance / Culture: operate with integrity and in compliance with policies; embody company values.
