Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive sales across our nationwide footprint. This remote, full-time role requires frequent travel and strong relationship-building with customer decision-makers and sales teams.

You will present Chadwell products, develop quotes, and manage a network of customers while coordinating with accounts receivable on collections. Join a family-owned leader in maintenance supplies with 30 branches nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer communication skills.
• Must have a vehicle capable of significant travel and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Presents and sells Chadwell Supply products and services to current and potential customers.
• Distributes sales and marketing materials such as catalogs, flyers, brochures and cut sheets.
• Develops presentations, quotes and proposals for individual customers and groups.
• Establishes and maintains professional relationships with customer decision-makers.
• Visits and calls on multiple customers and prospects each day.
• Prepares and follows daily/weekly/monthly call schedules.
• Identifies sales prospects and contacts them in a prioritized manner.
• Troubleshoots customer issues using company-approved methods.
• Assists Accounts Receivable in collecting past due monies as directed.
• Gathers information and analyzes data to promote sales penetration and customer relations.
• Uses company sales reports to support growth and expansion.
• Provides or assists on-the-job training for new/current associates.
