Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to direct assigned sales personnel and drive revenue and profit growth across markets. You will plan, report, support field sales, manage quotas, optimize the sales process, and recruit talent.

The role requires 5+ years of sales experience including senior management, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Remote, full-time with growth opportunities across 30 branches nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• 5+ years sales experience, with 2 years in a senior management position.
• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Outstanding consultative selling abilities with executive-level customers and partners.
• Experience with a specific sales methodology and sales funnel management.
• Experience deploying and using marketing and sales software globally.
• Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
• Capacity to assume greater executive responsibilities over time.
• Able to operate under pressure and meet tight goals and deadlines.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving sales and gross profit goals in assigned markets.
• Coach and develop TSMs through a weekly cadence, one-on-ones, and ride-alongs.
• Manage the sales team and collaborate with operations to deliver profitable revenue and market growth.
• Direct contact with customers at all levels from on-site to executive management with focus on service and problem resolution.
• Regularly evaluate sales performance and provide feedback to maximize productivity.
• Advise on optimal deployment of sales personnel and adjust roles or models to maximize productivity.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback for ongoing competitive strategy.
• Travel for in-person meetings with customers, prospects, and vendors.
• Coordinate with account management and accounts payable during collections.
• Contribute to large-scale renovation proposals and planning within region.
• Support regional and local sales plans to increase revenue and improve key relationships.
• Participate in hiring approvals with Regional VP.
