Job summary

Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state or set of states, growing the volume and quality of business submitted by independent agencies. You will carry a production target and be the face of Branch to agency principals and producers in your territory.

This role is field-based, centered on in-person relationships, with a plan-driven approach to sales, coaching agencies to adopt Branch quoting tools, and driving sustainable growth in line with Branch’s IA

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role with defined geography or book of business.
• Experience influencing independent professionals to choose Branch over alternatives.
• Comfort with high travel and self-directed field schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory and drive volume growth with independent agencies.
• Build and segment a target agency list and execute a territory plan.
• Carry a production target and manage a pipeline of appointed agencies and quotes.
• Conduct in-person agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events to build relationships.
• Pitch Branch's frictionless value proposition and ensure producers understand Branch’s core benefits.
• Train agencies to quote in Branch's quoting platform before cross-rating competitions.
• Activate and retain producing agencies and expand the share within the territory.
