Job summary

Branch is hiring a Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state(s), drive agency production, and act as the face of Branch in the field. You’ll plan territory coverage, build trusted agency relationships, and coach agencies toward Branch’s quoting tools. This is a remote-first, travel-heavy role with HQ in Columbus.

You’ll report to the Director, Territory Management and partner with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Ops to remove barriers and grow business across assigned agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role with defined geography.
• Existing relationships with independent agencies in the assigned state(s) are helpful.
• P&C insurance experience is preferred but not required; capable of learning underwriting appetite and agency workflow quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory and build a plan; manage target agencies and production targets.
• Conduct in-person agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events to foster relationships.
• Secure commitments and drive adoption of Branch's quoting tools.
• Diagnose barriers to production and align agency activities with Branch goals.
• Provide feedback from the field to inform broader IA strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Operations to remove production blockers.
