Job summary

Branch is hiring a Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state and grow submissions from independent agencies. This is a relationship-first, field-based role requiring in-person agency visits and a disciplined weekly plan to hit production targets.

You will coach agencies to use Branch’s quoting tools, drive adoption, and align with Branch IA go-to-market strategy. Travel and face-to-face engagement are core to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role where you owned a defined geography or book of business.
• Demonstrated accountability to a specific production number.
• Experience influencing the choices of independent professionals; success depended on them choosing your product over alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory. Build and segment a target agency list and decide where your time goes.
• Carry a production target for bound premium and policy count; maintain a pipeline view by agency.
• Get in front of agents with in-person visits, lunches, and local events.
• Pitch Branch’s frictionless value proposition and ensure target producers understand Branch’s core value.
• Drive quality quoting behavior and educate agencies on Branch’s ideal risk profile.
• Activate and retain producing agencies and re-engage those who go quiet.
• Address objections directly and transform field insights into strategy.
