Job summary

Tuckerman Consulting is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the industrial distribution sector. The role focuses on California and Nevada, offering a base of $100k–$130k plus uncapped commissions and bonuses ($25k–$50k+), with a remote work model supported by frequent on-site customer visits.

You will lead territory growth, deliver customer-centric solutions, and drive consultative sales while leveraging Salesforce to forecast opportunities and optimize activities. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in outside sales, business development, or territory management—industrial, manufacturing, or distribution preferred.
• Hunter mentality with cold calling, networking, and closing new business.
• Consultative approach to identify needs, craft solutions, and deliver results.
• Polished communication and presentation skills for stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, including overnight trips when necessary.
