Confidential company in California seeks a Territory Sales Representative to own the California market. You will recruit and develop distributors, prospect end users, and manage EPC relationships. You will report to the Regional Sales Leader and operate with a high degree of autonomy.

The role emphasizes ownership of the territory, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer and partner networks in water/wastewater and industrial sectors. Remote-friendly with travel within CA.

Formación

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, valve actuation, or closely related flow control equipment.
• Experience building territory and distributor/channel development is required.
• Ability to travel within California up to 50% and report regularly to leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own full sales cycle in California: prospect, recruit 2–3 distribution partners in Year 1, and drive end-user opportunities.
• Meet annual sales targets as part of growth goals and maintain robust pipeline.
• Report biweekly on pipeline status, account activity, and next steps with regional leadership.
