Job summary

HOYA Vision Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales for HOYA Vision Care products in an assigned territory, with remote work from Portland, OR. The role emphasizes new ECP accounts, growth of existing accounts, and delivering value through strategy, coaching, and data-driven planning.

The candidate should reside in the territory with 1–3 years of sales experience and a background in optical products or vision care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated sales results with 1 to 3 years sales experience.
• Optical knowledge and experience are valuable for understanding the complexities of vision care.
• Computer and presentation skills (Microsoft Suite).
• Must have a valid driver's license, valid auto insurance coverage, and access to a vehicle.
• Capable of regularly operating a vehicle for travel up to 90% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Leverages business acumen to meet or exceed sales targets and territory performance.
• Establishes customer relationships and develops trusted advisor relationships with ECPs.
• Uses Salesforce and Power BI to plan territory activities and track progress.
• Collaborates with Lab Partners, Customer Service, Marketing, Revenue Management and other departments.
• Develops and manages customer pipelines and plans with measurable goals.
• Accountable for detailed business plans and quarterly plan reviews.
