Job summary

SafePoint Insurance Company in Georgia seeks an Agency Relations Manager to build and maintain agency relationships across the territory. The role is home-based with daily travel of 50–70 miles within the state to meet with agents and attend events.

The ideal candidate will have robust insurance industry knowledge, strong communication and presentation skills, and experience in account management and sales coordination, with licensure as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of account management and customer service experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to build professional networks.

Responsibilities

• Scout and identify potential agencies for insurance programs.
• Develop strategic agency plans and manage relationships to grow territory.
• Travel within Georgia territory for meetings, events, and trade shows.
• Articulate sales processes and tailor solutions to agency needs.
• Collaborate on product, pricing, and agency management decisions.
