A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in insurance sales or account management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of account management and customer service experience.
• In-depth Property & Casualty knowledge and licensure.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential agencies for insurance programs.
• Develop marketing plans to attract and retain agencies.
• Collaborate on product, pricing, and agency management decisions.
• Travel within Georgia to meet agents and attend trade shows.
• Build and maintain professional networks and agency relationships.
