Job summary

Safepoint MGA, LLC is seeking an Agency Relations Manager to develop and maintain agency relationships across California. This home-office based role requires travel of 50–70 miles within the territory to meet with agents and promote products.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in insurance sales/account management, PA licensure, and strong communication skills. A base salary plus car allowance and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of account management or sales experience in insurance or related industry.
• Active Property & Casualty licensure or ability to obtain; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit agencies for insurance programs in the California territory.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to attract and retain agents.
• Travel within territory to meet with agents, attend trade shows, and promote products.
• Collaborate with product, pricing, and agency management teams to optimize growth.
• Build strong agency relationships and drive territory growth.
