You will partner with distributors, visit customers weekly, and tailor value propositions to meet needs with Henkel adhesives. The role requires 25% overnight travel and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within industrial supply or adhesives is preferred.
• Strong prospecting and account management skills.
• Ability to train distributors and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain Henkel’s General Industrial Adhesive Technologies business in Northwest and North Central Ohio through distributors.
• Prospect for new business opportunities by visiting customers and distributors weekly.
• Sell products by identifying customer needs and proposing solutions.
• Develop value propositions by matching customer needs with adhesive solutions.
• Educate Authorized Industrial Distributors with training sessions.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and manage the customer base.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Engineering and Inside Sales to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Utilize CRM to manage sales engagement and pipeline; travel up to 25% overnight.
