Job summary

Henkel seeks a Senior Sales Manager for Specialty Tapes & Labels Adhesives to lead territory growth across the Ohio area, leveraging Henkel's PSAs and related products to expand existing accounts and win new ones.

You will implement strategic plans, engage with senior customer stakeholders, and apply value-based selling to drive profitable growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Adhesive Technologies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or similar discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial/Technical sales.
• Experience with pressure sensitive adhesives, tapes and/or labels is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and accounts management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing Henkel business and grow territory sales for Pressure Sensitive Adhesives products.
• Develop territory growth plans aligned with business directives.
• Coordinate with Key Account Manager and support profitable product line growth.
• Build knowledge of market applications and technologies in assigned areas.
• Create and maintain target lists with growth potential by location.
• Engage Top Management with value selling and quantified benefits.
