Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking an Account Specialist for a remote-based, field-focused role in the United States. You will execute territory plans, build relationships with healthcare providers, and drive product adoption while supporting access to innovative therapies.

Travel within the region and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential to launch success and ongoing market execution.

Qualifications

5+ years direct sales in CNS or specialty pharma.
Understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
Experience with product launches, pre-launch planning and early market execution.
Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
Demonstrated quota attainment with year-over-year improvement.
Comfort with travel and remote-work flexibility.

Responsibilities

Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
Partner with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize outcomes.
Support launch execution, including pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
Maintain knowledge of product, disease state, and market.
