Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a remote Account Specialist to drive commercial performance across a defined territory. You will engage healthcare providers, build relationships, and deliver on objectives while supporting product launches and patient access.

Travel within a specified region is required as needed. You bring 5+ years in direct CNS/pharma sales, deep payer and pathway knowledge, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and exceed territory goals.
• Experience with product launches, pre-launch planning, and early market execution.
• Knowledge of formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Strong track record of consistent quota achievement and year-over-year growth.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support therapy access.
• Partner with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution with pre-launch planning and post-launch strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain product, disease state, and market knowledge; ensure regulatory compliance.
