Job summary

ViiV Healthcare seeks a Territory Account Manager to drive specialty HIV sales across assigned markets in the United States. You will develop strategic plans, engage with healthcare professionals, and build strong payer and cross-functional partnerships to expand access to long-acting HIV therapies.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage complex market access challenges, travel domestically as needed, and align with our mission to leave no person living with HIV behind.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically, including overnight travel.
• Strong planning, organization, analytical, and business acumen skills.
• Experience in complex market access and payer situations.
• Experience engaging with HCPs to procure and manage treatment products.
• Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and win new business with HCPs to adopt a new HIV treatment approach.
• Engage with nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial needs in target accounts.
• Use data analytics and market knowledge to identify high-priority prospects.
• Develop and execute plans tailored to customer needs to scale treatment models.
• Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Educators and Field Reimbursement Managers for a cohesive customer experience.
• Maintain portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure integrated communication across teams.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address HCP needs proactively.
• Escalate risks and ensure compliance with guidelines.
