Job summary

ViiV Healthcare is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to lead specialty HIV sales across the US in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment.

You will partner with HCPs, manage accounts, and execute strategic plans to expand access to innovative HIV therapies while navigating a complex market and regulatory landscape. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years’ specialty experience.
• Ability to travel domestically as necessary (overnight travel).
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results through exceptional sales and service.
• Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.
• Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges.
• Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
• Prepare and execute business plans tailored to customer needs to help scale treatment models.
