Job summary

ViiV Healthcare is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager (TAM) for the long-acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales team. This role requires thriving in a fast-paced, launch environment and partnering with healthcare professionals to adopt new HIV treatment approaches.

You will drive strategic plans, coordinate cross-functionally, and deliver a cohesive customer experience within a buy-and-bill model.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• 3+ years’ specialty experience
• Ability to travel domestically, including overnight travel
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Deliver results through exceptional sales and service to HCPs.
• Identify and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new HIV treatment approach.
• Engage with nurses, staff and administrators to understand clinical and financial challenges.
• Leverage data analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
• Prepare and execute business plans tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated product experience.
• Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive customer experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing HCP problems and requests.
• Adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and scaled successes.
• Develop external relationships with key customers and thought leaders.
