Job summary

ViiV Healthcare, a global specialty HIV company, is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager (TAM) for the long-acting HIV prevention treatment sales team. The role focuses on selling to HCPs, servicing accounts, and working within an integrated account framework in a launch environment.

The TAM will develop strategic business plans, drive results, and collaborate acrossClinical Nurse Educators and Field Reimbursement Managers to deliver an integrated product experience for customers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of specialty experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically, potentially overnight.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results through exceptional sales and service to healthcare professionals.
• Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt HIV treatment approaches.
• Engage with healthcare providers, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges.
• Leverage data analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
• Prepare and execute business plans tailored to customer needs to scale treatment models.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated product experience.
• Maintain a portfolio-based sales mindset and ensure cohesive communications within ViiV.
