Job summary

ViiV Healthcare, the HIV-focused specialty company, is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager (TAM) to lead key activities in the long-acting HIV prevention treatment sales team. You will work with healthcare professionals to adopt new treatment approaches, develop strategic plans, and drive adoption across target accounts in a launch context.

The role requires 5+ years of pharma sales experience, 3+ years in specialty, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years' specialty experience.
• Ability to travel domestically, which may include overnight travel.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results through exceptional sales and service to HCPs and health systems.
• Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt new HIV treatment approaches.
• Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges.
• Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
• Prepare and execute business plans tailored to customer needs to scale treatment models.
