ViiV Healthcare is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager (TAM) for the long-acting HIV Injectable Prevention Sales team. The TAM will drive sales results in a launch/fast-paced environment, partnering with HCPs to adopt new HIV treatment approaches and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated product experience.

Travel domestically is required, with a focus on market engagement and performance objectives.

Formación

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of specialty experience.
• Ability to travel domestically as necessary, which may include overnight travel; majority of time in market.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Results Through Exceptional Sales and Service.
• Identify, target, and win new business by influencing healthcare professionals to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.
• Engage with healthcare professionals, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts.
• Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
• Prepare and execute business plans tailored to the needs of each customer and help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team members to deliver an integrated product experience to customers.
• Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive, integrated ViiV experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing HCP problems, needs and requests.
• Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and scaling successes.
