ViiV Healthcare seeks an experienced Territory Account Manager (TAM) to lead specialty sales in the long-acting HIV prevention space. You will work with healthcare professionals to adopt a new treatment approach, partner cross-functionally, and drive adoption within target accounts.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, data-driven insights, and compliance within a launch context. The role requires strong relationship building with HCPs, nurses, and administrators, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required.
5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
3+ years of specialty experience.
Ability to travel domestically; overnight travel may be required.
Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

Deliver results through exceptional sales and service.
Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new HIV treatment approach.
Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges.
Leverage data analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
Prepare and execute business plans tailored to customer needs to scale treatment models.
Coordinate with cross-functional team members to deliver an integrated product experience to customers.
Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive customer experience.
