Job summary

ViiV Healthcare seeks an experienced Territory Account Manager to lead long-acting HIV prevention and treatment sales efforts. The TAM will engage with healthcare professionals to expand access, manage accounts, and drive adoption of innovative HIV therapies within a fast-paced market.

The role requires strategic planning, strong relationship-building, and the ability to navigate a launch environment while collaborating with an integrated account team. Travel domestically will be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of specialty experience.
• Ability to travel domestically, which may include overnight travel.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Results Through Exceptional Sales and Service.
• Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.
• Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges.
• Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
• Prepare and execute business plans tailored to each customer to help scale treatment models.
