Madix, Inc. is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive sales across assigned territories, including remote work options. You will manage existing accounts, develop new ones, and collaborate with customers, distributors, and installers to promote Madix products.

The role requires a proven sales background, strong communication, the ability to influence executives, and proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and ERP systems is a plus. Travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence executive and C-level decision-makers.
• Ability to interpret architectural store plans.
• MS Office proficiency; AutoCAD knowledge a plus; ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals by selling Madix products and services.
• Coordinate service and increase sales to existing customers and develop new accounts.
• Develop professional relationships with associates, customers, distributors, representatives, and installers.
• Prevent customer attrition by acting as a trusted advisor.
• Review technical information and quotations; obtain customer approval to place orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complaints and problems.
• Develop and mentor independent representatives and distributors within the territory.
• Instruct customers on proper use and maintenance of products.
• Assist with installation and presentation of products at customer sites.
• Work with customers on store layouts to promote Madix products.
