The Addison Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead business development and manage key customer relationships across a Midwest territory. This remote position requires engaging engineering, purchasing, and executive stakeholders to drive technical sales of electrical components and related manufacturing products.

The ideal candidate has a track record in consultative selling of engineered products, strong communication skills, and experience with ERP/CRM systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience selling technical or engineered products in electrical components or related industries.
• Strong consultative selling and CRM/ERP proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and strengthen relationships with engineering, purchasing, and leadership contacts at customer organizations.
• Identify opportunities to engage in customer projects during early design and development stages.
• Conduct technical presentations and provide product recommendations addressing customer requirements.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through pricing, negotiation, and contract award.
• Track leads, quotations, forecasts, and customer activity in CRM/ERP system.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, planning, and customer service teams to support programs.
