Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent our non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology. You will engage cardiologists and other clinicians, drive adoption, and build strong relationships with referring practices across the territory.

This field-based role requires substantial travel; you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams to deliver Heartflow solutions and achieve quotas while expanding the cCTA/FFRct pathway usage.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills and track record in achieving targets.
• Experience building and supporting clinical programs is preferred.
• Clinical/technical proficiency to explain medical tech to customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of Heartflow cCTA/FFRct pathway within strategic accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support sales, education, and training.
• Educate physicians and other stakeholders on Heartflow value proposition and pathways.
