Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular technology across a defined region. You will work with cardiologists and clinicians to drive adoption of the cCTA/FFRct pathway and ensure customer success.

This field-based role requires 20%+ overnight travel, with responsibility to develop strategic plans, educate customers, and coordinate with HQ to expand Heartflow referrals.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years sales or clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years related experience
• Experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, or hospital environments is highly desired
• Willingness to travel overnight 20%+ for territory coverage

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of Heartflow cCTA/FFRct pathway within strategic accounts
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support customers and program development
• Educate and present Heartflow value to referring physicians and hospital stakeholders
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to case growth across assigned accounts
