The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking an Account Development Manager for the Modesto, CA market. This remote/field-based role focuses on expanding existing accounts, developing new customer relationships, and increasing product adoption across the territory.

You will travel daily within the assigned area, build partnerships, and drive territory plans while collaborating with internal teams to support customer success. Salary range posted: $65k–$105k plus bonus, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hunter mentality with passion for winning new business.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Coatings or related industry experience required.
• Ability to travel daily within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales growth by expanding existing accounts and achieving territory sales goals.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach.
• Build and maintain customer partnerships to increase retention.
• Create and execute territory sales plans to maximize market coverage.
• Utilize consultative selling to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Improve profitability by managing pricing, discounts, margins, and territory performance.
• Track sales activity, engagement, forecasts, and metrics using CRM.
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and solutions to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Corporate Account Managers, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Represent the Pittsburgh Paints Company brand professionally in field activities.
