Qualifications

• 5+ years selling CNS or specialty pharma.
• Understanding of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with pre-launch planning and early market execution.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate complex patient pathways to support access.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, Medical teams.
• Support launch execution including pre-launch planning and post-launch strategies.
• Use field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease state, and market.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
