Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, a Gallagher company, is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support our Employee Benefits brokerage team on a temporary basis. In this role you’ll help with client service, benefits administration, open enrollment activities, renewals, carrier coordination, and day-to-day operations to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Location: Remote (U.S.) – PST; Hours: 8am–5pm; Start date: November 9, 2026; Assignment length: ~6–9 months. Pay: $25/hr.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in admin, customer service, insurance, benefits, HR, or related support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist account teams with day-to-day client service activities.
• Prepare client communications, reports, presentations, and benefit documents.
• Support renewals, implementations, group setup, carrier quotes, and open enrollment.
• Prepare and update benefits summaries and enrollment materials.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to obtain information.
• Maintain accurate client, plan, eligibility, census, and rate data across systems.
• Review eligibility, contribution, census, and plan design information for accuracy.
• Create plan comparison spreadsheets and quote summaries.
